FIVE Stars, without a doubt!!!,
SquareTrade is truly a FIVE Star Company for all your electronic & appliance needs. I have purchased many products, with extended warranties, from them. ***This was my first claim***, on a convection oven, purchased on 05/30/2010. I completed the claim form online in a couple of minutes & received a postage paid label in my email. Hassle-free drop-off at UPS on 12/27/2011. Excellent customer support by Joe at SquareTrade. My Amazon account was credited. I received my new replacement oven with another 3-year warranty from SquareTrade, yesterday, on 12/30/2011. Just in time for New Year’s Eve.

|Great customer service,
I haven’t had to use my warranty, yet. I received everything I needed via e-mail, and someone from customer service called to ask if I had any questions and to explain everything to me. The were very friendly courteous and friendly, making me feel good about my warranty purchase. The price I paid for the warranty was also a big plus.

|Squartrade won’t go above and beyond,
I had one of my products break down 5 days after my squaretrade warranty expired. Of course they weren’t required or obligated to honor the warranty, but a little good will would have gone a long way, IMHO. All I received was a cold response on the other end of the telephone line and nothing else. “Sir your warranty expired five days ago. We can’t do anything about that.” Well I can’t do anything about reporting it to all who are considering buying an extended warranty from them. They were extremely friendly when it came to selling me the warranty, though. Either way, I think I’ll go with another company next time, thank you.
