A very poor experience with this purchase. 1 leg of the 4 chairs was not fitted correctly and bolts for the chair were 1/4 inch too short. Called customer service who promised to send a replacement. When it came it was for the left side whee I had specically said it was the right leg. Called customer service again pointing the 2 leg set were different. They sent me a replacement which also was the left side not the right one. They did send the correct size bolts with that order. Called back mentioned that the plans they sent me were for a much different chair so I could give them a part number. I was told they would send the right leg set and correct plans. Two weeks later I got a letter fromthem saying they tried to contact me and would I call them. When speaking to the customer service person I was told they needed to be sure of what I needed before they coud send the replacement. I explained the problem again, was asked to hold then I was told the 2 legs were interchangeable. They definetly are not. Now I hve waited another couple weeks and no replacement has been receieved. |Defective Product. Good Customer Service.,
I gave this product one star, but I would have given the customer service five stars. The instructions that were included with the package were for a different model so I had to figure out how to put the pieces together myself. After putting several chair frames together, I realized that the company hadn’t sent the appropriate screws to finish the job. I also learned that the main support bars for the fronts of the chairs were too short (and thus defective). Once they were screwed in, the front of each chair was narrower than the back, which meant that the seats couldn’t be screwed in (even if I had had the screws) because they wouldn’t fit.
This is, at the moment, a nice-looking, but defective product. Don’t buy it!
PS: At least they have good customer service.

|Lots of parts,
The chairs came with lots of pieces and parts. The screws did not go all the way through the bars. My son is a general B coontractor and had a hard time putting these together. He went and bought longer screws and hammered them through the partially drilled holes provided by the manufacturer. After two days of frustration the chairs are together and they are comfortable. Don’t buy these chairs if you are looking for something easy or quick to set up; however, they are comfortable once you have them together.
